1. Team Game Fees:Team game fees amount to R880-00 and must be paid in advance of play.
2. Registration Fee: Upon entry, there is a one-time registration fee of R400 that must be settled.
3. Forfeiture: Teams forfeiting a game will incur the court cost of R1760-00, payable in full before the next scheduled game.
4. Withdrawal Fee: A withdrawal fee of R1760-00, along with any outstanding fees, is applicable for teams opting to withdraw from the league.
5. Management Discretion: The management reserves the right to relocate a team within the leagues at its discretion.
6. Responsibility Acknowledgment: I, the undersigned, assume full responsibility as co-principal, debtor, and surety for any outstanding payments owed to Speed Cricket.
7. Changes and Cancellations: Changes to arrangements will be accommodated only under extreme circumstances, requiring one week's notice. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours; otherwise, forfeiture will be enforced.
8. Participation Requirement: Participation in all league games is mandatory to qualify for the finals.

By ticking the consent box online, I, THE UNDERSIGNED, acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner/Management against any and all loss, damage, injury, or death, as well as any associated costs, interest, and expenses, arising from or related to the use of all Speed Cricket facilities. This indemnification extends to all players, including minors, involved in the aforementioned team. I further acknowledge that the Owner/Management reserves the right to resolve any actions, proceedings, or claims brought against it at its sole discretion, and I, along with any legal guardians, agree to abide by and comply with such resolutions.
